If what you're looking for isn't something I offer, I'll tell you honestly, so we don't waste each other's time.

Attunement Session
A blend of breathwork, Reiki, and sound, customized to what you need in the moment — no two sessions are ever the same.
Before we meet, I spend time tuning into what would be most supportive for you, and you're always welcome to tell me if you're drawn to a specific modality. From there, we honor whatever is present on the day of your session. Some sessions are more active — conscious connected breathing, letting things move and release. Others are quieter and more restorative — extended exhales, sound, stillness. For Reiki, you can choose gentle hands-on touch or hands-off, whatever feels right in your body.
You might feel heat, tingling, or coldness. Emotions often move too — sometimes tears, sometimes unexpected laughter, sometimes nothing. Everything is welcome. We close with an oracle card pull and a short message to carry with you.
To prepare: come hydrated, especially the day before. Bring curiosity, and a willingness to let the session go wherever it needs to.

Alchemizing Your Astrology Transits
This is a seasonal orientation, not a prediction. We look at the transits moving through your chart over the next 1 to 3 months — however long the current season actually needs — what's shifting, what's being asked of you, and how you actually want to work with it.
We start with a short grounding practice to open the space together, then the conversation follows what brought you here. If you have a specific area of life or challenge you want to look at, we'll go there. If you're not sure, we'll explore the broader seasonal forecast — what's alive right now, and how you might tend the garden of your life through it.

Hi, I'm Lisette Archer-Barber.
I didn't arrive here through a straight path. Over the past decade, I've been slowly weaving my way back to myself — through grief, through loss, through moments that cracked me open and asked me to find a new way through. What I discovered along the way were tools that actually worked: astrology that gave me cosmic context when nothing made sense, sound that moved what I couldn't speak, energy work that helped me come back into my body when I'd drifted far from it.
But this work was never only about the hard parts. It's also where I found my curiosity again — the parts of me that could reframe, get playful, and laugh a little at things I used to hold so tightly. I've learned that we get to choose how we meet what's happening, even the parts that are genuinely difficult. That choice is where the real alchemy happens.
I work with people who are curious about what's actually happening in their life right now — the patterns, the timing, the shifts they can feel but can't quite name yet. Some of you are moving through something hard. Some of you are just ready to stop feeling veiled from your own wisdom. Both are welcome here.
