This is the threshold. And it is not a problem to be solved. It is an invitation.
I'm Lisette. I guide people back into the intimacy of their own lives — through contemplative astrology, sound, and the rhythms of earth and sky. Together we tend the garden of who you are becoming, grounding your deepest hopes into aligned, embodied action.
This is the work of remembering your wholeness. And it begins with presence.
I know what it feels like to move through life without really being in it.
There was a time when I felt so numb and disconnected from myself that anxiety kept me from the simplest things — walking into a new space, receiving a hug. I wasn't broken. But I had lost the thread back to myself.
It was through Reiki, Sound, Breathwork, and Astrology that I began tending my own internal garden. Slowly, intentionally, I built a relationship with myself and the world around me. And what I found on the other side was not perfection — it was curiosity, presence, and a way of meeting even the hard moments with openness.
That is what I wish for you.
Healing isn't about fixing — it's about cultivation. When we consciously tend to the garden of our lives, we grow with focus and intention. Allowing ourselves to come back to our own unique expression by honoring our timing and seasons.

From it grows clarity, a quiet motivation, and a sense of coming home to what you have always known but perhaps stopped listening to.
Through contemplative astrology we read the seasons and cycles you are moving through. Through sound we let that understanding drop from the mind into the body. And through presence — with the breath, the elements, the natural world — we tend the ground beneath it all.
People leave feeling lighter. More open. Sometimes with clear direction, sometimes simply with peace. The shifts may come quietly, like a flower slowly opening — or they may arrive all at once, loud and undeniable. Both are exactly right. Both are the body, mind, and spirit doing what it knows how to do when they come back into alignment.
