Many times we deem aspects of ourselves as “bad” or “broken,” but these are often the parts that hold the greatest wisdom and potential for growth. Integrative Healing Sessions - Receive a personalized blend of modalities tailored to your unique needs. These sessions weave together Breathwork, Usui/Tibetan Reiki, and Sound Healing to create a multilayered transformation that honors the interconnection of body, mind, spirit, and cosmos.

Each session is tailored to what you need in the moment. We begin with conversation and a somatic body scan to understand what's present for you. From there, I fluidly weave together:
Breathwork & Pranayama – to open energetic pathways, deepen your presence, and support release
Reiki – to restore flow and balance within your energy body
Sound Healing – to guide you into deep integration and rest

As a lifelong student of nature’s wisdom and the cosmos, I guide others in embodying the present moment and discovering the medicine within these cycles.
